1: WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

A. All Orders Are shipped from the UK.

2: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

At Muscle Gear Shop we currently accept the following Payment methods:

UK bank Transfer- For domestic Customers

-International Bank Transfer- For NON-UK customers (Requires a £250 MINIMUM spend)

-Bitcoin- Crypto Currency

-Western Union

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS are sent MANUALLY within 24 hours of submitting your order. Please check your junk/spam folder and email us at [email protected] if you don’t receive them.

3: WILL MY PRODUCTS BE PACKAGED DISCREETLY?

YES, ALL orders are packaged discreetly. There is no invoice info or anything else which can identify the contents.

4: IS THERE A A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

We have no minimum order, you are welcome to order as little or as much as you like.

5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY?

Your order will be shipped on the same day or next working day after payment has been received. Shipping times depend on where you are in the world. Below is a list of the average E t/a:

UK: working day.

Western Europe: 2-3 working days
Eastern Europe: 3-5 working days
USA East Coast: 3-7 working days
USA West Coast: 5-10 working days
Canada: 5-10 working days
South America: 7-10 working days
Australia: 5-12 working days
New Zealand: 7-12 working days
Asia: 10-12 working days

6: ORDER STATUSES EXPLAINED

On Hold” – Order Has been accepted.

”Pending” – Payment has been acknowledged- i.e. Waiting for payment to clear ( i.e. Bank Transfer) / be collected ( I.e. if paying through Western union).

”Processing” – Payment has been received by us & your order is being readied for dispatch.

”Complete” – Order has been shipped

Upon ordering and receiving payment details, you have 48 HOURS to complete your payment submission as after this time period your order will be cancelled.

If your order is on ‘On-Hold’ Status and you wish to change it at all, you must email us and request this. We will then confirm product availability and new order total.

7: WHAT IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE/SEIZED BY CUSTOM?

We have a NO-Reship Policy. We have an excellent success rate in clearing customs and we will always do everything possible to ensure you receive your order, however we DO NOT under any circumstances take responsibility for Customs seizures! We also do not take any responsibility for delivery’s damaged, delayed or lost by the postal services.

8: MY ORDER ARRIVED BUT THE ORDER IS WRONG, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

WE DOUBLE CHECK ALL ORDERS BEFORE SENDING; IN THE UNLIKELY CIRCUMSTANCE YOUR ORDER ARRIVES INCORRECT PLEASE EMAIL US.

9: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED WE CAN CANCEL IT FOR YOU.

10: WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

UK DOMESTIC SHIPPING – £8 ALL orders are shipped the same or following working day after payment has been received, via Special Next Day delivery service. ALL UK orders, once posted, will arrive at your door the following working day before 1pm. We do not provide tracking numbers for UK orders, however we do keep a record of the tracking numbers in case there is any unlikely issue with delivery, in which case you must contact us immediately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – £15 (Tracked) / This method includes tracking.

INTERNATIONAL (Regular Airmail) £11 – There is NO Tracking provided with this Shipping Option.
